Tuesday 11 Feb - Theme Acceptance, finishing with 15 minutes of Chair Yoga
For the first meeting of the year, we will focus on acceptance. We will hear a shared story of acceptance in order to move forward and open up the safe space for conversation. We will finish with with some wonderful chair yoga, facilitated by Nina Abuel, check out Nina’s bio below.

About Nina
Nina, a certified yoga instructor since 2018, helps busy professionals integrate movement and awareness into their workday. While working in the media industry, she led yoga sessions in parking areas—offering a refreshing break from office life and a chance to reconnect with themselves.
Now teaching chair yoga at Liberty, a coworking company, Nina emphasises movement that feels natural and restorative rather than just another workout. The simplicity and ease of chair yoga make it accessible, no matter the pace of the day.
Over time, Nina has shifted her own practice toward intuitive movement, prioritising enjoyment and presence over rigid routines. Her sessions highlight the power of ease and gentleness. Join Nina for a refreshing pause—because movement is an act of kindness, not another task on your to-do list.
