A regular place to meet and gain strategies, knowledge and connection.

Facilitated by parents of young people with lived experience of caring for a young person in crisis. Created for parents and carers of young people who are facing challenges.

Theme for Tonight: Behaviour!

We'll talk about how to understand where we and our young people are in the stages of change. We'll also discuss ways to support our young people and ourselves in making positive changes and planning for the future.

The EPIC online meet ups are new. We look to create a safe, informal online space to gain connections and support. We look forward to meeting you!
