Facilitated by parents of young people with lived experience of caring for a young person in crisis. Created for parents and carers of young people who are facing challenges.

We'll look at how accepting situations can help us make better decisions and improve long-term outcomes. We'll also discuss self-regulation and simple strategies that can make a big difference.

What to Expect The EPIC online meet ups are new. We look to create a safe, informal online space to gain connections and support. We look forward to meeting you!
